7-Day Return & Exchange Policy

  Customers can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving their order.

  Products must be unused, unopened and in their original packaging with seals intact.

  Perfumes that have been opened, used or damaged after delivery cannot be returned, except in cases of a defective or incorrect product.

  If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos.
  
• 
  All return and exchange requests are subject to inspection and approval by our team.
  

Refunds

Once your returned product has been received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed through an agreed payment method.
